Voting by Mail in the
November 3rd Election
The general election will take place on Tuesday, November 3, which is the deadline for counties to receive absentee ballots by mail. If you wish to vote by mail in the November election, you can actually request your absentee ballot TODAY, and you’ll be one of the first voters to receive your absentee ballot when counties begin mailing ballots out to voters who requested them in mid to late September.

Don't have access to a printer? No problem. Simply hand-write your request for an absentee ballot, making sure to include your name, date of birth, registered address, email or telephone number, signature, and the date of the election (November 3).

Information for voters in Cobb County
For residents of Cobb County, you can email a photo or scanned copy of your completed absentee ballot application to Absentee@cobbcounty.org. Or, mail your completed mail-in ballot application to Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration, P.O. Box 649, Marietta, GA 30061-0649.
Information for voters in Fulton County
For residents of Fulton County, you can email a photo or scanned copy of your completed absentee ballot application to Elections.VoterRegistration@fultoncountyga.gov. The attached file with your ballot application must be a PDF or JPG between 1 MB and 5 MB. Or, mail your completed ballot application to Fulton County Registration & Elections, Absentee Ballot Division, 130 Peachtree St, SW, Suite 2186, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Fulton County voters can also opt to drop your completed and signed absentee ballot request form in any convenient absentee ballot drop box in Fulton County.
